It’s clean and affordable. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks good English. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Nayoro station. I stayed at their hotel Sonia in Otaru and I was very satisfied at that time and this time as well.

Friendly staff, good location, free coffee and decent room with comfortable beds. The cleaning staff made up our rooms each day and did a great job.

The breakfast options were delicious! They offered both Western and Japanese food choices - both yummy. My room was clean and comfortable with a strong wifi connection throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful, especially as my Japanese is very bad. Excellent service!
